Besides my family, I have a few big loves. Running. Eating. Baking. 

You need to eat a lot of carbs when you're running marathons and running a family. I was diagnosed with celiac disease after my first pregnancy, but didn't want to stop baking. I expanded from sourdough to gluten-free baking -- muffins, granola, cookies. Once kids came into the picture, I wanted to get them to eat vegetables without jamming celery down their throats and cookies can't be an everyday snack. Welcome to the family, zucchini muffins, carrot muffins and sweet potato muffins.

Food is love, and I want to nourish my family and friends and strangers with baked goods that are healthy, homemade and f*cking fantastic.
